Corporate Headshots for Yum! Brands in Plano, Texas

Headshots of DFW spent two days this week photographing corporate headshots at the Yum! Brands corporate headquarters in Plano, Texas. Over the course of the assignment, we photographed more than 60 management-level professionals who had traveled to Plano from locations across the United States to attend a series of corporate meetings.

Yum! Brands is a long-time client of ours, and this is exactly the kind of assignment we’re regularly asked to handle: bringing professional headshots to the people who are already in the building for a meeting, rather than asking them to find time for a separate studio appointment once they’re back home.

Two Days of Corporate Headshots at the Plano Headquarters

We are frequently hired to provide professional headshots for management meetings and other events at the Yum! Brands Plano headquarters, and this assignment followed that same pattern. With more than 60 professionals scheduled to be photographed, we brought our complete on-site headshot setup directly into the building for both days rather than routing anyone to an outside studio.

That approach makes the most sense whenever a company already has people together in one place. Many of the attendees who came through the session live and work in different cities and were only in Plano for the meetings on the calendar that week. Photographing them on-site, during the time they were already there for other reasons, meant no one had to build a separate headshot appointment into their schedule before or after the trip. Each participant moved through the session and received their photographs immediately after being photographed. From there, every person was able to review their own images on the spot and choose one photograph to send out for professional retouching.

Participants aren’t waiting on a follow-up email days or weeks later, and each person has a direct hand in choosing the image that will represent them, rather than having one assigned to them after the fact. Once the two days of photography wrapped up, Yum! Brands received the master gallery containing the full set of headshots from the event. Having one organized gallery gives the corporate team a straightforward way to access finished headshots for more than 60 people at once, rather than tracking down individual images from dozens of separate participants after the fact.
